2024 CAPITAL OUTLAY PROCESS
Legislative Council Service (LCS) will collect Capital Outlay project requests online for the 2024 Regular Legislative Session, which begins on January 16, 2024. To be considered for funding, your request must be submitted through their website by 3:00pm on Thursday, January 11, 2024. The Capital Outlay requests will be transmitted electronically by LCS to all legislators for consideration during the session. Please be sure to read all of the instructions carefully before making your submission.
